After being registered as Rechtsanwalt in Germany in 1993, and called to the Bar in England & Wales in 2007, and with over 30 years of cross-jurisdictional legal experience, I now practice as a:

The man behind the bar

I live in Nottingham and am married with two daughters.

I was Clerk to the Governors of Wellington School and lectured in Commercial Law at the University of Exeter.

In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, swim, and walk in the countryside. I also love to sail.

In 2012 I completed the Brighton Marathon for the charity ‘Arms Around The Child’.
